Non-EU citizens who do not possess an
e-ID Account and other special cases
Non-EU citizens and other students who, for some reason, do not possess
an e-ID account and therefore cannot submit an online application are being
requested to submit a hard copy application downloadable from here.
This hard copy application is to be used in extreme cases
only, and it is not to be used by students who
possess an e-ID account.
If a student applies using a hard-copy application, it is imperative to
re-apply online once the e-ID is provided, inserting a remark on the online
application that a hard-copy application was already submitted.
Block letters are to be
used to fill in the form and both sheets of the application are to be
signed by the applicant.
The original form, together with the necessary documentation,
is to be returned to the Students’ Maintenance Grants’ Unit, Room
207, Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation through the
Edu Servizz.gov, Great Siege Road, Floriana by the end of 31st December 2022 in
order to receive the full entitlement of grants and stipends.
Students submitting their hard copy application after 31st December 2022 of the respective academic year will be
considered for Students’ Maintenance Grants as from the date of submission of
application.
